Order deadlines for next day delivery
Our last order time for next working day delivery is 4pm Monday to Friday.
All prices on our website exclude VAT.
We offer discounts on multiple orders of the same item. The site will automatically calculate the discount you will receive in the basket area.
We currently do not offer credit accounts.
If your order is placed after 4pm we will ensure that your order is dispatched the following day for next day delivery. (Excluding Saturday & Sunday)
We check all orders to ensure that they are not fraudulent. This protects us as a merchant from 'charge-backs' by credit card companies and protects customers as we screen every order.
If unsatisfied with the authenticity of an order we will not dispatch and refund the payment back to the customer.
All orders detected as fraudulent are reported to the Police and added to our internal fraud screening systems.
Delivery options are determined by the time the order is placed, the overall weight and size of the order.
Delivery costs are displayed upon checkout. Free delivery will be applied to all orders within the UK, over £200.00 (excluding Vat) & excluding postage.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your courier tracking number.
Delays / Lost In Transit
If an order is delayed by a courier we will endeavor to keep you informed and chase up the courier on your behalf. If a courier informs us that a consignment is damaged 'or' lost we will, at our expense, send out a replacement using the same type of delivery service as the original order.
If an order is delayed in transit, for whatever reason, then our liability is limited to the refund of any delivery cost paid (if any). We do not pay compensation for any consequential loss under any circumstances and through using third party couriers.
Generally all items will be in stock for next day delivery but If any item should be out of stock for longer than 24 hours we will call you to advise a delivery date. If a standard stock item is on back order you do of course have the right to cancel without surcharge.
If it is necessary to return goods to us we please read the following:
If we may make an error in your order we will send out the correct item out to you with no additional carriage charge. We will also arrange for collection of the incorrect item.
If your order is missing any items please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. When calling us please have to hand the invoice number. Also please advise us if there was any damage to the parcel packaging. Where applicable we will replace any missing items. If we are not notified within 5 working days of a picking error we cannot replace missing items.
All items are checked prior to dispatch. If damage happens in transit please call us on 01959 565 939 within 24 hours of the delivery. Please have your invoice number to hand. We will replace the damaged items free of charge and arrange for the damaged items to be collected and returned to us.
Returning products that have no fault with them, we reserve the right to refuse return after a period of 3 days from delivery confirmation. All returned products within 3 days will be charged a restocking fee of 20% subject to compliance with EU distance selling regulations for consumer purchases. The restocking fee is due to administration costs and credit / debit card surcharges that are incurred in processing your order. You are responsible for returning the items to us in perfect condition at your expense. Please ensure you pack the items properly when returning as any items that are returned damaged, will not be accepted for return and a refund will not be issued. Carriage charges will then be the responsibility of the customer to have these goods returned back to the customer.
Carriage charges cannot be refunded once the order has been dispatched from SP Vinyl Supplies or its affiliated suppliers.
Ownership Of Goods
All goods remain the property of SP Vinyl Supplies until payment has been made in full.
